Website enquiries

When you submit the enquiry form, your name, work email, company, subject and message are processed by a Cloudflare Worker and Cloudflare Email Service, then sent to and stored in the Gmail inbox we use for enquiries. We use these details to handle your request and reply.

We do not keep a separate website database of enquiry content. Google Gmail provides email storage and correspondence. Please do not include confidential assessment material in an enquiry.

We also keep operational metadata in Cloudflare KV for up to 30 days: opaque correlation references, timestamps and success or failure status. These references can be linked to enquiries in our inbox, so this metadata is not anonymous. It does not include your name, email address or message content.

Abuse prevention

Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse. It processes device, browser and network signals, including IP addresses, to distinguish people from automated traffic. See the Cloudflare Turnstile privacy addendum.

Hosting and website analytics

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes connection information, including IP addresses and request metadata, to deliver and protect it. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website visits and performance. Fonts and artwork are hosted with the site.

Retention, access and deletion

Enquiries are stored with our correspondence while we handle your request. To ask about access to or deletion of your enquiry or correspondence, email vaibhav@stance.run.

Assessment material

This website does not accept app, model, or dataset uploads. Access, confidentiality, storage, retention and deletion arrangements for assessment data are agreed separately for an engagement before that material is shared.
